We don't currently offer a free trial, but we do offer a free consultation to help you decide whether Rasilni is the right fit. Contact our sales team to schedule yours.
Yes. Once our Chatbot+ plan launches you'll be able to upgrade from Professional. We'll notify existing customers with full details on how to switch.
You can cancel any time. We require one month's notice before cancellation takes effect; your account stays active for the full billing period after notice is given.
Billing is monthly. Your base plan fee is charged at the start of each period, and any marketing-conversation charges from the previous month appear on your next invoice, keeping billing transparent and easy to track.
No long-term contracts. Rasilni is month-to-month. Note that Meta/WhatsApp have their own separate charges for API conversations, billed independently by Meta in addition to your Rasilni plan.
